OLT Settlement approved for an 11-storey mixed-use building which includes 170 residential units; 324 square metres of commercial space on the ground floor and 122 square metres of office and business centre space on the second floor. A density of 446 units per hectare was approved as part of the Settlement. The approved proposal includes access off Guelph Line and two levels of underground parking.
