No comments are received by the City during the Pre-Application phase. Public comments may be directed to the applicant during this time. Once a complete application has been received the public will be notified, and comments will be received by City staff.

Development Approved - On July 16, 2018, City Council approved a modified development for the subject lands which included a mixed use building with a height up to 18-storeys, inclusive of a one-storey rooftop amenity area. Development applications have been submitted for an Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment to permit the development of a 20-storey (including mechanical penthouse) mixed use building. The proposed development includes 582 m² of non-residential uses on the first and second floor, as well as a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residential units resulting in a total of 165 units. A total of 3,907 m² of amenity space (indoor and outdoor) and 162 parking spaces within 7 levels of underground parking is proposed.

The proposed development consists of the consolidation of two properties to facilitate the construction of two 3-storey, 6-unit walk-up multi-family buildings with a total of 12 dwelling units on the property. The driveway and parking area is proposed to accommodate 16 parking spaces and will be screened from street view by a parking screen and accessory building (garbage enclosure). The proposed development will also include an outdoor amenity space at the rear of the property that can be utilized by residents, as well as landscape buffers that will be adjacent to the existing low rise residential units to the north and east of the subject lands. The property is proposed to be fenced along the north, east, and west property lines.
