Waterdown Road Lane Restrictions, June 18-27

Due to road widening construction, Waterdown Road, south of Flatt Road, will be restricted to a single lane with temporary traffic lights from June 18 to June 27, 2025.

Bromley Road Closure, June 19, 2025

Bromley Road between Linwood Crescent and Pineland Avenue will be closed on June 19 from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. for watermain replacement work. Detour routes and signage will be in place.

Prospect Street Road Closure June 18 - Aug. 18

Prospect Street from Paling Road to Guelph Line will be closed from June 18 to Aug. 25, 2025 for sewer and watermain construction. Detours and signage will be in place.

Flatt Road road closure, June 20-23, 2025

Due to the construction of a new watermain, a section of Flatt Road will be fully closed from June 20, 2025, at 8 p.m. to June 23, 2025, at 5:30 a.m. with provision for emergency access.

Partial Closure - Skyway Bridge, QEW Niagara Bound, June 20-23, 2025

NOTE: Work is weather dependent and may be cancelled or delayed by the MTO

The Ministry of Transportation (MTO) is closing two lanes of the QEW Niagara Bound on:

Friday, June 20 at 10 p.m. to 
Monday, June 23 at 5 a.m. 

All ramps from the Eastport Drive Collector to the Skyway Bridge will be closed.

Northshore Boulevard Interchange will remain open.

Eastport Drive Collector Lanes and Eastport Drive can be used as a detour/alternate route.

Two lanes of traffic will be open on the QEW Niagara Bound at all times.

This closure may affect Burlington Transit service. Be prepared for significant transit delays. Please check MyRide or Google maps for real time bus schedule and arrival information.
