Road Closure Notice: Belfast Avenue and Tipperary Avenue

Update, Nov. 25: Belfast Avenue and Tipperary Avenue will continue to be closed Monday, Nov. 28 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

The intersection of Belfast Avenue and Tipperary Avenue will be closed due to watermain work Nov. 25 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Parking Restrictions - Brant Street, Nov. 11, 2022

Friday, Nov. 11 is Remembrance Day. To accommodate the Remembrance Day Parade, there will be no on-street parking on:

Brant Street from Baldwin to Pine Streets
Friday, Nov. 11, 2022
7 a.m. to 1 p.m.

If you are parked along the parade route, you may ticketed or towed. Please walk, ride your bike or take transit. If you need parking, try the Waterfront Garage, 414 Locust St.

Road closure - North Shore Boulevard, Nov. 9 & 10, 2022

North Shore Boulevard West will be closed off and on between Boothman Avenue and Daryl Drive on

Wednesday, Nov. 9 and Thursday, Nov. 10, 2022
8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

for film production.

Emergency vehicles access will be maintained and through traffic will be detoured along Boothman Avenue, Hendrie Avenue and Daryl Drive with help from the Halton Regional Police Service (HRPS).

Remembrance Day Road Closures

The Remembrance Day procession and service is on Friday, Nov. 11, 2022 from 10:30 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Road closures will be in effect and managed by the Halton Region Police Service. Vehicles parked illegally in the road closure area will be tagged or towed.

Road Closures 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

• Brant Street between Baldwin Street and Pine Street. Detour on Victoria Avenue.
• Ontario Street between Locust Street and Brant Street.
• Locust Street between Elgin Street and Ontario Street.

10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.

• Baldwin Street between Hurd Avenue and Brant Street.

Resident Access

Residents and businesses along the route can exit using John Street, Locust Street or Blathwayte Lane. Emergency Services access will be maintained at all times along the route.

Parking Information

Parking will not be available on Brant Street between Baldwin Street and Pine Street between 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Please do not park in restricted areas.

Waterfront Parking Garage (414 Locust St.) will remain open with 339 parking spots...

Road Closure: South Service Road, Nov. 5

South Service Road between Century Drive and Harvester Road (near Appleby Line) will be closed on Nov. 5 for paving from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
