Road Closure - Pine Street - April 23, 2024

Pine Street between Elizabeth Street and Pearl Street will be closed on Tuesday, April 23, 2024, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. for crane hoisting. Local access will be maintained and through traffic will be detoured.

Sign and Traffic Control Persons will be on site to assist and direct traffic for the duration of the closure.

Road Closure -QEW to Eastport Drive Off-Ramp, Burlington, March 18

The Off-Ramp from QEW to Eastport Drive, Burlington, will be closed:

Monday, March 18, 2024
8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

to remove concrete barriers in the ramp for the re-opening of the bridge for single-lane alternating traffic on Thursday, March 21 at 11:59 p.m.

DETOURS:
To access Canada Centre of Inland Water and/or Lakeshore Road:
Southbound and Northbound Traffic:
Exit at North Shore Boulevard East and travel eastbound. Turn right on Lakeshore Road and travel southbound until you reach your destination.

Due to road reconstruction, there will be lane restrictions on Waterdown Road from Craven Avenue to Mountain Brow Road from March 4 until Dec. 6, 2024.

Road Closure - Balmoral Avenue - March 6, 2024

Balmoral Avenue between Hart Avenue and Rossmore Boulevard will be closed on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for tree removal. Traffic will be detoured using Princess Boulevard.

King Road from North Service Road to Mountain Brow Road will be closed for through traffic:

This is for the annual mating passage of the endangered Jefferson salamanders. Public access will be restricted at the escarpment limits while local access will be maintained up to the closure points.
