The new leash-free area will include:

• A 0.05 hectare area fully fenced with a six foot high chain link fence
• Double gated entry/exit enclosure
• Accessible park bench

The park will remain open. The water jet plaza will be closed during construction. A security fence will be in place to secure this area.
