Elm Crescent from Goodram Drive to Spruce Avenue will be closed

Wednesday, Jan 13, 2021 and Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021
7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

for storm sewer installation.  Local access will be maintained and through traffic will be detoured using Goodram and Spruce.

Martha Street detour

Road closure: Martha Street, Dec. 21

A section of Martha Street, between Lakeshore Road and Pine Street, will be closed on

Monday, Dec. 21, 2020
7 to 11 a.m.

for set up and tear down of a mobile crane. Local access will be maintained and through traffic will be detoured using Pine Street, Pearl Street and Lakeshore Road.

Delaware Avenue Detour

Road Closure: Delaware Avenue, Dec. 8

Delaware Avenue, between Bruce Street and New Street will be closed on

Tuesday, Dec. 8, 2020, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. for hazardous tree removal.

Local access will be maintained and through traffic will be detoured using New Street to Senaca Avenue to Bruce Street.

King Road Closed - south of escarpment

From Dec. 2, 2020, until April 2021, King Road, south of the escarpment will be closed as the road is not maintained during winter. Concrete blocks and wooden barricades will be placed to prevent through traffic. Adequate spacing between/around blocks will be left for emergency vehicle access.

Walkers Line and New Street

Intersection of Walkers Line and New Street

From Nov. 4 at 8 p.m. until Nov. 5 at 6 a.m., the intersection at Walkers Line and New Street will be resurfaced with new lane markings. A detour will be in place. Vehicle and pedestrian access to and from businesses and residences will be maintained.
