Ontario Street from Maple Avenue to Brock Avenue will be closed to local traffic on Thursday, Aug. 8 from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. for paving.
Ontario Street will be temporarily closed when traffic cannot go past paving equipment.

No. 4 Side Road will be closed between Appleby Line and Walkers Line
Location: Near 4391 No. 4 Side Rd.
Date: Aug. 12 – 23, 2019
Type: Full road closure
Purpose: Removal and replacement of deteriorated road-crossing culverts near 4391 No. 4 Side Rd.
Detour Routes: Use the detour route along Appleby Line, Britannia Road and Walkers Line for access to and from No. 4 Side Road.

The sidewalk and parking lane on the west side of Brant Street, across from Pine Street, will be closed for utility work from Tuesday, July 30 to Friday, Aug. 2, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily.

Between July 23 and 26, Bell Canada will undertake work to upgrade telephone facilties in the area of John Street and Pine Street in downtown Burlington., including the placement of a new Bell fibre optic cable.
As a result of this activity, a temporary lane closure on John Street will be in place, just north of Pine Street, between July 23 and 26.

Beginning Monday, July 22 to July 25, the City of Burlington will be conducting minor road repairs on Waterdown Road, between North Service Road and Mountain Brow Road. The work will take place between 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. each day.
During this work, temporary lane closures will be in place and traffic delays are anticipated.
