Crews are plowing secondary and residential roads. This will continue throughout the day.
Bus stops, facilities and primary road sidewalks are being cleared and salted. This will take time and will continue throughout the day.
Snowplows are wide and the operators’ field of vision is restricted; keep your distance and watch for sudden stops or turns.
There is still no on-street parking until the event has been declared over. Vehicles parked on the street will be ticketed or towed.

During the winter season, the City of Burlington maintains 1,900 lane kilometres of roads, 850 kilometres of sidewalks, 30km of pathway, 706 bus stops and 44 parking lots.
Residents can assist in the quick and efficient removal of snow from our streets and sidewalks by removing cars parked on the street during or after a snowfall and by giving snowplows distance to clear the snow and ice when driving.
