By getting a sign permit, you can make sure your sign meets all the requirements of the Ontario Building Code and Sign Bylaw (By-law 034-2007). The Sign Bylaw sets the size, use, location and maintenance of signs and advertising devices within the City.
There are different permits for different types of signs, sign variances and site alterations. You can submit any of the following permit application forms to us at bylaw@burlington.ca
