June 24, 2020 - Canada Day Drumming - Deadline to Register |
On June 24, Canada Day Drumming will hold a nationwide celebration that has been held across the country for the past 3 years. In 15 cities and across 5 time zones, Canadians will join together for 6 minutes of simultaneous drumming. This year the City of Burlington joins the Canada Day Drumming event! Tune in at 1 p.m. EDT at www.canadadaydrumming.com for the pre-show and join the drumming at 2 p.m. EDT. People from all backgrounds and drumming experience are welcome. Drums are not required. Participants can clap, cheer or bang on pots and pans etc. To participate as a drummer, pre-registration through Eventbrite is required by June 24 at: http://canadadaydrumming.com/participate/be-a-drummer/. Note: Participants from the same household should register as one entry.
