Indoor rental opportunities:
All facility booking requests to be submitted a minimum of two business days prior to the requested date.
Winter Ad Hoc Rentals are now open for booking.
Ice Rentals up to March 31, 2022.
Gym and Room Rentals up to June 30, 2022.
Pools are not available for rentals at this time.
Booking can be made if space is available, up to 48 hours before the desired rental date.
Please note that you must have liability insurance to rent space in any City facility in Burlington.
For groups that do not supply their own insurance, coverage for many activities and rental types can be provided for an additional fee. Please note that a Communicable Disease exclusion now applies to all policies issued. For more information please inquire at time of booking.
The City of Burlington makes every effort to keep our facilities open for scheduled activities and rentals. When unsafe weather conditions occur, the city may close facilities.

Rental cancellations request when city facilities remain open
When Environment Canada issues a weather alert, advisory or watch, renters may proactively cancel or reschedule without penalty.
