Leaving your home for outdoor exercise is allowed. Exercise is an essential need for everyone. Under the current regulations, outdoor spaces such as the Burlington Rotary Centennial Pond, toboggan hills, artificial outdoor rinks, parks and neighbourhood outdoor rinks are allowed to be open and Winter Play Equipment Lending (curbside pick-up) can continue. According to the Provincial stay at home regulations, outdoor activities are exempt as exercise is an essential part of both physical and mental health.
