Building Statistics and Reports

The Planning and Building Department, Building Division prepares statistics and reports summarizing building permit activity for the City of Burlington, including:

• Monthly reports - monthly summaries of building permit activity: number of permits issued, estimated construction value and the number of residential units created.

• Quarterly reports - two-year comparisons of building permit activity by construction type for the quarter and year-to-date: number of permits issued, estimated construction value and the permit fees paid.

• Annual reports - multiple reports providing a five-year comparative summary of the overall building permit activity in Burlington.

• Permit issuance listing - a monthly report available for purchase listing the building permits issued over a specific month.
