Burlington Transit’s customer service email, contactbt@burlingtontransit.ca, will be offline from Friday, June 2 at 6 p.m. to 7:30 a.m. on Monday, June 5.
You can still send us emails but we won’t be able to reply while our system is offline. We will reply to emails, in the order they were received, starting again on Monday, June 5.
If you do need help right away, please call us at 905-639-0550 or drop by the Downtown Transit Terminal on Saturday, June 3, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
