The renewal of Pinemeadow Park is now completed.
Thank you for your patience. Pinemeadow Park, located at 3171 Pinemeadow Dr. This renewal was guided by the ‘Love My Playground’ survey input, that was gathered from local area residents, in 2023.

Project schedule
Construction is anticipated to start the end of July and completion is anticipated in October/November 2024. The completion date may be affected by weather, or by production and service delays in the construction industry.
Project scope
Construction at Pinemeadow Park will include:
- Replacement of playground equipment and swings
- Installation of engineered wood fibre surfacing
- Installation of new drainage system at playground and swing areas
- New concrete perimeter curbing and new concrete transition curbs for accessibility into playground and swing areas
- New asphalt walkway connection from street to playground (barrier-free)
- New armourstone retaining/seating wall
- New soccer goal posts
- Installation of site furnishings, signage and entrance bollard
- Tree planting
To ensure safety during construction, the playground area will be closed and fenced off. Access to the existing soccer field will remain open during construction, except for a short interruption, to allow for installation of new goal posts. We appreciate your cooperation and patience during construction to ensure a safe environment for all.
