Sims Square, Halton Court Services and City Hall will close at their regular time of 4:30 p.m.
The Downtown Transit Terminal will close at its regular time of 6 p.m.
The City of Burlington’s recreational facilities are closing as of 6 p.m. today (Feb. 12). All recreation programs and rentals scheduled for 6 p.m. and onwards are cancelled.
Sims Square, Halton Court Services and City Hall are expected to reopen as of 8:30 a.m. tomorrow morning.
The Downtown Transit Terminal will reopen on schedule tomorrow morning at 8 a.m., however, minor delays may occur.
Recreation facilities will reopen tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
Burlington Transit passengers can expect delays this evening and during the morning commute tomorrow. The City of Burlington makes every effort to keep our facilities open during regular business hours; however, when unsafe weather conditions occur, the City must close facilities.
