NEW! Online Disclosure Request Process

For OPP, Halton Regional Police and CN or CP Police cases only:

As of Friday, Jun. 1, 2018 all requests for disclosure must be made online.

What you need to know:

1. This will be the only way to submit a request for disclosure from Halton Court Services.
2. Mandatory fields must be completed for the form to be uploaded.
3. Disclosure will be sent via email. Please provide the email address where you would like the disclosure to be sent.
4. There are instructions on the form to help you upload it to the Prosecution Unit.

Why is Prosecution switching?

Prosecution is switching to one method to eliminate requests with missing information. Requests can be completed more quickly and more efficiently when we have all of the information required to process your request.

This means you get your requests back faster!
