To pay a bill, renew your dog licence, receive notices about events and services at the City, please see the information below or contact Service Burlington at 905-335-7777 or city@burlington.ca.
In-person payments can be made at the Service Burlington counter at City Hall (426 Brant St.) with cash, cheque, debit or credit card. Please advise customers to bring a copy of their invoice.
Residents unable to pay in person may pay electronically by submitting an etransfer to accounting@burlington.ca.
Secure deposit boxes are located at the City Hall Locust Street entrance and outside of Sims Square at 390 Brant St. Residents and businesses can drop off payments by cheque, bank draft or money order, Attn: Accounts Receivable. Cash is not accepted.
Payments related to Recreation invoices can also be accepted in person at Appleby Ice Centre (1201 Appleby Line), Haber Community Centre (3040 Tim Dobbie Dr.) and Tansley Woods Community Centre (1996 Itabashi Way).
For property tax payments, residents may place a cheque in an envelope marked "Attention: Tax Department", with the remittance portion of their tax bill, and place it in a deposit box as noted above. Additionally, residents may visit the Service Burlington counter in City Hall where cheque and debit payments are accepted. We do not accept cash payments. If you would like to pay property taxes in cash, please visit your local bank to make the payment. Any questions can be directed to propertytax@burlington.ca or 905-335-7750.

Service providers and suppliers are responsible for ensuring invoices are received by the City. Invoices can be emailed directly to accountspayable@burlington.ca.
