“As the city grows over the next 25 years, we need to make it easy and convenient for people to get around the city no matter how they choose to travel. Once complete, the Cycling Plan will provide a long-term vision with policies and recommendations that will guide the development of the city’s cycling network and aim to provide safe, comfortable, and convenient routes for people of all ages and abilities.”
