- Non-Service Provider/Commercial Monthly Rate: $78 plus HST
- Non-Service Provider/Commercial Three-Month Rate: $156.10 plus HST
- Non-Service Provider/Commercial Yearly Rate: $364.10 plus HST
- Program Provider/Not-for-Profit Monthly Rate: $52 plus HST
- Program Provider/Not-for-Profit Three-Month Rate: $109.20 plus HST
- Program Provider/Not-for-Profit Yearly Rate: $260.10 plus HST
