We welcome all supplies or equipment that will help your participation to be comfortable and successful in our programs. In some areas, we have mobility aids such as (portable pool lift) available for use during the program you are attending. Please speak with our staff to let us know of your needs for any assistive devices. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Hearing loop system will enable individuals with hearing aids and cochlear implants get clearer sound, take part more fully and enjoy their experiences in programs and activities at the Burlington Seniors' Centre.
If you have a disability and need help to take part in a recreation program, you are welcome to bring a personal support person. A personal support person will gain a free admission when accompanying a participant. Some exceptions may apply. If there are any extra fees for your personal support person, we will let you know if advance.
A support person could be a family member, an individual found through an organization, or a friend who is at least 14 years old. A support person handles the care, support and safety of the participant while participating in the program. They must stay with the individual they are supporting at all times.
