The applicant is proposing that these lands be developed as a warehouse and logistics use with office space. The current concept is a building with a total floor area of 26,000 square metres facing Palladium Street with landscaping and design elements to create an active streetscape. The site will have two driveway entrances on Palladium Way with all truck loading, parking and staging areas at the back of the site.
No comments are received by the City during the Pre-Application phase. Public comments may be directed to the applicant during this time. Once a complete application has been received the public will be notified, and comments will be received by City staff.
