The Bridgewater site is located south of Lakeshore Road between Elizabeth Street and Pearl Street at 2042, 2048 and 2054 Lakeshore Rd.

The tentative construction timelines are presented below.

Proposed Development

• Site Plan application. The Bridgewater site is located south of Lakeshore Road between Elizabeth Street and Pearl Street at 2042, 2048 and 2054 Lakeshore Rd.
• The property was previously occupied by a motel which has been removed.
• The property owner has amended the zoning bylaw to permit development of three mixed-use buildings.

• The east building (condo A) is 22-storeys tall with approximately 100 residential units and 1170 m² of ground floor commercial space.
• The southwest building (condo B) is seven-storeys tall with approximately 50 residential units and 750 m² of ground floor commercial space.
• The northwest building will be an eight-storey hotel with 130 hotel units and 855 m² of ground floor commercial space.

• A large, publicly accessible courtyard with a water feature will be constructed for the centre of this development facing the lake.
• The courtyard will connect directly to an extension of the lakefront promenade by way of a grand staircase.
