Liquor Sales Licence |
A liquor sales licence is required for on-premise sale, service and consumption of alcoholic beverages. Application packages are available through the AGCO website or from your local LCBO. You must complete and submit a Municipal Information Form along with a copy of your application to the Burlington planning and building department before applying for your AGCO liquor sales licence. |

Special Occasion Permit |
A Special Occasion Permit is required to sell or serve liquor at an event in any location other than a licensed establishment, residence or private place. A private place is an indoor location not generally open to the public or not open to the public at the time of the event. Special Occasion Permits are intended for occasional use only (not-for-profit organizations) and categorized as sale, no sale and auction. Special occasions include:
