The Office of the City Clerk provides a Commissioner of Oaths service by appointment for affidavits, statutory declarations, vehicle transfers, travel letters, pension forms and other government documents.
The City of Burlington does not offer the service of a notary public. For notary services, please contact a provincial lawyer.
