The proposed concept for development of the Subject Land currently includes one warehouse facility with a floor area of approximately 17,635 square meters. The east side (rear) of the building will include a truck loading/unloading zone. The north and west areas of the building include vehicle parking and access from Harrison Crescent via future connection through Marconi Court. All site access to the proposed facility will be via the lighted intersection at Harrison Court and Appleby Line. In order to develop the site with the proposed warehouse use, the applicant will need to apply to amend the Zoning By-law for the Subject Land to establish an appropriate zone in conformity with the Official Plan.
No comments are received by the City during the Pre-Application phase. Public comments may be directed to the applicant during this time. Once a complete application has been received the public will be notified, and comments will be received by City staff.
