What is the Municipal Performance Measures Program?
The Municipal Performance Measures Program (MPMP) is a performance measurement and reporting system that promotes local government transparency and accountability. It also provides municipalities with useful data to make informed municipal service level decisions while optimizing available resources.
Under the MPMP, all Ontario municipalities are required to collect data, measure, and report their performance in the core municipal service areas provided by their municipality.
