The Councillor's office is located on the 7th floor of Burlington City Hall. City Hall is on the west side of Brant Street, one block north of Lakeshore Road, in the City's downtown area.
Hours of operation are: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Rory is a career foreign service officer who has represented Canada internationally since 2007. He has negotiated human rights resolutions at the United Nations, supported the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and worked for the protection of civic space through the Community of Democracies. He has also specialized in measuring international instability and helped Canadians in the aftermath of natural and man-made disasters, including bringing Syrian refugees to Canada in 2015-2016.
Rory grew up in Brant Hills in Burlington and has been active in the community since returning home, co-creating and chairing the One Burlington Festival in 2017 and 2018, opposing the closure of Lester B. Pearson High School and connecting Burlington to the world through the Mundialization Committee. Rory’s local efforts were acknowledged with a Burlington150 Award in 2017, and a nomination for the Burlington Best Community Service Award the same year. Rory enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially his partner Karina, and travelling whenever he can.
