Parking:

Based on a total floor area between 2055 m2 and 2090 m2, 76 spaces are required

Fencing:

On lands abutting a residential zone solid screen fencing shall be installed along the common boundary with the residential zone and shall have a minimum height of 1.8 m to a maximum of 2.5 m. An opening in the northerly portion of the solid screen fencing shall be permitted to accommodate a pedestrian walkway connecting the Mary Street neighbourhood to the site.

Landscape Buffer:

A pedestrian walkway connecting the Mary Street neighbourhood to the site shall be permitted to cross the required landscape buffer.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
