Enacted:

1. Additional Permitted Use: Apartment Building

2. Regulations:

a) Dwelling units: 51 units maximum

b) Parking: 20 spaces

c) No parking lot or driveway shall be located within 1 m of the north and west property lines or within 3 m of a window in a habitable room.

d) Landscape area: 1 m between a parking lot or driveway and a property boundary.

e) Outdoor amenity area: 440 m2

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
