1. Permitted Uses

Notwithstanding the uses permitted in an BC1 zone, the following uses are the only uses permitted:

Service Commercial

  • Fast Food Restaurant with Drive Through Facilities

Office Uses

  • All Office uses

2. Regulations

All permitted uses are subject to the following regulations:

  • Lot Area (minimum): 2.4 ha
  • Floor Area
    • Office Building: minimum of 85% of the total floor area of the site
    • Fast Food Restaurant:maximum floor area of 15% of office building total floor area
  • Landscape Strip
    • Abutting Harvester Road: 6 m

Except as amended herein, all other relevant provisions of this By-law 2020, as amended, shall apply.
