Enacted

1. The following is the only permitted use:

Stacked townhouses

2. Regulations for a Stacked Townhouse:

Lot Area: 1.5 ha
Lot Width: 30
Yards:

  • 6.0 m abutting north property line
  • 7.5 m abutting west property line
  • 4.5 m abutting south property line
  • 7.5 m abutting east property line

Further to the above parking standard, stacked townhouse units having associated exclusive use garages shall provide a minimum of two occupant parking spaces per unit.

No driveway or parking space shall be located within 3 m of a ground floor dwelling unit EXCEPT where such parking space is provided for a specific dwelling unit, in which case it and the driveway serving it may be within 3 m of that specific dwelling unit, PROVIDED that a driveway or parking lot may abut any wall that does not contain windows or habitable rooms.

No driveway shall be located within 3 m of the boundary of a single family residential zone. No parking lot shall be located within 6 m of the boundary of a single family residential zone.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
