1. The following additional use is permitted:

  • Townhouse subject to RM2 zone regulations
  • Combined Townhouse and Stacked Townhouse development

2. Regulations for:

Townhouse Dwellings:

  • Yard abutting Northhampton Blvd.: 22m
  • Yard abutting Headon Forest Drive: 6 m for side building elevations only
  • Yard abutting Highway No.5: 75 m for dwelling units, 13.5 m for accessory buildings and structures
  • Maximum Density: 34 units per hectare

Stacked Townhouse Dwellings:

  • Yard abutting Northhampton Blvd.: 22 m
  • Yard abutting Headon Forest Drive: 7.5 m, 6 m for side building elevations only
  • Yard abutting Highway No.5: 75 m for dwelling units, 13.5 m for accessory buildings and structures
  • Maximum Density: 50 units per hectare

Combined Townhouse/Stacked Townhouse Dwellings:

  • Yard abutting Northhampton Blvd.: 22 m
  • Yard abutting Headon Forest Drive: 7.5 m, 6 m for side building elevations only
  • Yard abutting Highway No.5: 75 m for dwelling units, 13.5 m for accessory buildings and structures

Maximum Density:

  • Townhouse: 333 m2 per unit (30 u/ha)
  • Stacked Townhouse: 200 m2 per unit (50 u/ha)

Apartment Building:

Maximum Building Height: 6 storeys

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply
