1.2 m and a combined side yard width of at least 4 m

Garage:

For a minimum of 50% of the dwelling units, an attached or detached garage shall be located no closer to the street line than the closest point of the front elevation of the dwelling.
For remaining dwelling units, an attached or detached garage shall be located no closer to the street line than 2 m beyond the closest point of the front elevation of the dwelling.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply
