A stairway is permitted to encroach 2 m into the required yard abutting Walkers Line and 2 m into the northerly side yard.

The definition of "Storey, Half" in Part 16 shall apply to Townhouse Dwelling

Visitor parking is permitted within 1.5 m of a window of a habitable room.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply
