Abutting RM2-93 zone:

2 storeys maximum

Parking:

2 occupant spaces per unit, 0.5 visitor spaces per unit

No common driveway or parking lot shall be located within 3 m of a building except where such parking space is provided for the exclusive use of that unit.

Every exclusive use driveway shall have a minimum length of 6.7 m

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply
