Lot Width for lots less than 30 metres in depth:

(a)

The 5.8 yard applies only to the entrance elevation of a garage otherwise the garage shall be setback 3 metres from a street line.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law 2020, as amended, shall apply.
