1.

Regulations:

A minimum of 85% of all dwelling units on all lots and blocks zoned RO2-243 and located adjacent to a public street having a deemed width of 26 metres or greater (Dryden Avenue) shall be attached units;

Building Height: 

12 metres maximum measured from the geodetic elevation of the centre line of Dryden Avenue opposite the mid point of each townhouse unit.

Except as amended, all other relevant provisions of this By-law 2020, as amended, shall apply.
