Rear Yard:                               7.5 m

2.

Garage:

An attached or detached garage shall be located no closer to the street line than 3 m beyond the closest point of the front elevation of the dwelling, including porches

3.

Setback of any principal residential dwelling unit from the boundary of a GE2 zone:   70 m

4.

Height of any building within 30 metres of an O1 zone:         2 storeys maximum

5.

Within a distance of 50 metres from Unsworth Avenue, retail or service commercial or office uses, not exceeding a total floor area of 400 m2 for a convenience store, are permitted.

Except as amended herein, all other relevant provisions of this By-law 2020, as amended, shall apply.
