Lot Area:

 Front Yard:

11 m

 

Rear Yard:

10 m

 

Side Yard:

With attached garage or carport: 1.2 metres
Without attached garage or carport: 1.2 metres one side, 3 metres other side.

 

Yard Abutting Pipeline Easement:

10 m

 

The common lot line between Lots 1 and 2 is deemed to be a side yard for zoning purposes.

 

All pools and accessory structures shall be setback 7.5 metres from O2 zone.

 

Part 10, Section 5.5 regarding dwelling units and impervious surface shall not apply.

Except as amended herein, all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
