Notwithstanding Part 2, Subsection 19.4, clause (vi), first paragraph, of this by-law, dwellings containing 5.5 metre driveways and/or double garages may be permitted on consecutive lots adjacent to one another.

  

Except as amended all other provisions of this By-law, as amended, shall apply.
