Burlington Nelson Quarry has proposed to expand its existing operations to the west, on lands which currently contain the Burlington Springs Golf Club, and to the south, on lands which currently contain agricultural and residential uses.
Applications are required under the Aggregate Resources Act, Planning Act and Niagara Escarpment Planning and Development Act to expand the existing quarry.
