Proposed Development
In November of 2019, Council approved a redevelopment application consisting of:
- Two joined 11 storey buildings with retirement home units in one building, and residential units in the second building.
- 197 retirement units (including 33 memory care units), 145 apartment units, total of 342 units.
- 540 sq. metres of Community Institutional space on the ground floor of the residential building.
- 350 spaces in 3 levels of underground parking and 10 spaces provided at grade, for total of 360 on-site parking spaces.
- Landscaped outdoor amenity space at the rear of the property.
