The proposed concept for development of the subject lands provides for a mixed use development consisting of one 11 storey building containing 131 residential units and 143 square metres of ground floor retail. The proposed development will have a gross floor area of 11,640 square metres (+/-125,292 square feet) and a floor area ratio of approximately 4.8:1.

These applications will permit an asphalt plant with outdoor storage, a 232 m2 operation building, unenclosed silos and a heated rotary drum. Vehicular access is proposed along the east side of the property that extends northerly to the existing landfill site. The proposed development will have 6 surface parking spaces.
