The City of Burlington will be making improvements in the LaSalle Park area in 2023. City work includes the reconstruction and urbanization of LaSalle Park Road, including sidewalk, concrete curb, roadway asphalt and street lighting upgrades.

The City of Burlington and Halton Region will be continuing improvements in the Tyandaga Park Drive area in 2023 and 2024. Halton Region will be replacing the existing watermain and services. City work includes the replacement of existing curb, sidewalk, roadway asphalt, street lighting upgrades, and the renewal of the Tyandaga Golf Course parking lot.

The City of Burlington will be continuing improvements on Lakeshore Road, from Walkers Line to Guelph Line. This will include the replacement of the Pine Cove Bridge, road resurfacing, multi-use pathway replacement, Tuck Creek culvert rehabilitation and streetlighting upgrades.

The City of Burlington will be resurfacing and installing new bicycle facilities on Plains Road from Spring Gardens Road to Waterdown Road in 2022. This work will include construction of new bikeways, resurfacing the road, curb and sidewalk replacement, driveway and landscape regrading, and bus pad, street light, and hydro pole relocations and upgrades. Utility relocation to facilitate this project will commence July of 2021.

The City of Burlington will be rehabilitating road surfaces in your area which are in poor condition.
This project is an annual program to resurface asphalt roadways before further deterioration leads to a compromised underlying base and sub-base layers of the pavement structure which can lead to a more costly partial or full reconstruction of the roadway.
Roads identified in this program will have their asphalt surface removed and replaced which will extend their service life and delay more costly treatments. Also included will be isolated curb and sidewalk repairs/replacement where required.
