The applicant is proposing to amend the Official Plan and Zoning By-law to permit a 6-storey mixed-use building with 66 residential units and 2
commercial units on the ground level. There will be a total of 94 parking spaces, split between at-grade and 2 underground parking levels with 36 long-term bicycle parking spaces and 9 short-term, at-grade bicycle parking spaces. There will also be indoor amenity areas, such as a wellness center and a multi-purpose amenity room, and outdoor amenity areas are proposed at-grade and as a rooftop amenity area on top of the 6th floor.
