On behalf of Brydec Developments Inc., Weston Consulting is hosting a neighbourhood meeting to discuss a proposal to redevelop the properties located at 1022 Gallagher Road and 235 Plains Road East in the City of Burlington.
The proposed development consists of an 11-storey residential building that provides a total of 119 units varying in size and configuration, with a total Gross Floor Area of 8,430.02m2. 119 total parking spaces are proposed through-out two levels of underground parking. A total of 1,411.81 m2 of amenity space is proposed on the ground floor and throughout the building.
Vehicular access to the site is proposed on the north side of the property from Gallagher Road. A 6m wide driveway will provide vehicular access to the property and to the underground parking levels. Pedestrian access is available from both Plains Road East and Gallagher Road, with Plains Road East being the building’s main entrance.
