Proposed Development

• The proposed development of the subject lands includes the retention of the heritage property at 496 Walker’s Line as a single detached dwelling together with a total of 17 three storey townhouse units. The heritage house will be flanked with four townhouse units to the south and five units to the north with frontage along Walker’s Line. A second row comprised of eight townhouses are located behind the heritage home and proposed townhouses.
• There will be six visitor parking spaces and each townhouse until will have two parking spaces (including a garage space). A common amenity space of approximately 500 m2 is provided along the western property line between the proposed townhouse units and existing homes on Rothesay Place. An application for a Zoning By-law Amendment will be required to permit the proposed development.
