Proposed Development
The applicants have submitted an Official Plan amendment application and a Plan of Subdivision application to reconfigure the remaining golf course lands to create six (6) additional blocks of developable land. These blocks are proposed to be further subdivided to accommodate the development of 138 homes including 73 single detached homes and 65 townhouse units.
The applicants have also submitted a request to the Province for a Minister's Zoning Order, which can be viewed at ero.ontario.ca/notice/026-0551
